RETURNS POLICY
If something isn’t quite right or you simply change your mind, we will gladly accept full priced, unworn (with original tags attached and garment bag), unwashed items for return or exchange within 30 days of arrival (Australia & International orders included)
Please be mindful, we do not provide refunds on any items purchased at a discounted price (including flash sales and all discounted items using discount / promotional / welcome codes & bundle offers). In this instance we will provide store credit or exchange only.
Please note: Orders that receive free shipping and then are returned for a full refund will be refunded less the shipping amount
Unfortunately FINAL sale (including the EOFY / Biggest Sale Ever Sale) items are not eligible for any type of return.
Goods must be in a re-sellable condition to return, this means they are unworn, free from makeup / deodorant marks and odour, unmarked, undamaged and have original zip lock bag packaging, padding in place and tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions upon inspection at our delivery centre.
**IMPORTANT** We are unable to HOLD items. If the item you requested has sold out by the time we receive your return, you will be issued a credit note instead.
Please note: expect up to 5 business days for return processing once your return arrives at our warehouse
